Then this advanced cake class is just right for you.<\/h3>\n<p>In this class, we will focus on those cake design techniques that make a cake look so much more professional: You will learn to torte and fill your cake with a delicious buttercream, how to mask is with super sharp ganache edges, preparing a perfect base for the fondant (sugarpaste).<\/p>\n<p>Then you will cover your cake and a styrofoam dummy with marbled fondant, and achieve razor sharp edges. You&#8217;ll also learn how to cut your fondant at the base so that you don&#8217;t need a ribbon to hide the bottom edge. Then you will learn stacking techniques so that the cake can be transported and served safely &#8211; even in summer!<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll learn how to craft an impressive open peony and decorate your cake with this eye-catching flower.<\/p>\n<p><b>Note: Previous experience with torting, filling, masking and covering cakes is mandatory for this class.
