Am liebsten trinke ich ihn mit eiskaltem Sprudelwasser im Sommer, das ist so erfrischend!\n\nIch habe das grosse Gl\u00fcck, dass zwischen meinem Haus und meiner Backstube mindestens 10 Holunderb\u00e4ume auf st\u00e4dtischem Grund wachsen. Place into the water without washing and marinate for at least 24 hours, up to 4 days.<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-directions\">Strain the elderflower water through a kitchen cloth, then add the sugar and citric acid. Bring to a boil and leave to cook for about 5 minutes.<\/li><li class=\"jetpack-recipe-directions\">Fill into steriilized glass bottles and close the bottles immediately.
